EVO 206 was envisioned by several owners of the HUB on Market as a unique coffee experience aimed at serving both the Hive Etown and HUB on Market tenants and customers, while also becoming a popular neighborhood spot for the greater Elizabethtown community and Lancaster County. After several months of construction, EVO 206 Coffee Company opened its doors at 206 South Market St., Elizabethtown, PA, in November 2019.

EVO 206, as it is commonly known, offers customers the highest quality food and specialty coffees, including pastries and great lunches with soups, salads, and sandwiches. The name EVO 206 and the mantra "Join the Evolution" reflect the concept that the coffee shop, much like the HUB on Market, is constantly evolving as new tenants join this vibrant community.
